1.4301 and 4329 El Camino Real [08PLN-00313]: Request by Aaron Barger, on behalf of Palo Alto Bowl, LLC, for Site and Design Review of the demolition of 64,263 square feet of commercial floor area and construction of 179,594 square feet mixed use project including one 4-story, 167 unit hotel and 26 3-story condominiums on a 3.62 acre site zoned RM-1, RM-15 and CS. Environmental Assessment: A Draft Mitigated Negative Declaration has been prepared.
