Staff and the DistrictÕs legal counsel will provide a brief update on the topic and be available to answer Board member questions.

Discussion:

E. Second Interim Financial Report and GovernorÕs Budget Update and Proposed Additional Resource Allocation
Staff will present the second interim financial report, Governor's budget update and proposed additional resource allocation, and the Board will discuss giving a positive certification to the County Superintendent and approving the budget revisions listed in the projected year totals.

C. Update on Homework Board Policy and Administrative Regulation
Staff will present a short report on the implementation of Board Policy and Administrative Regulation on homework, as well as suggested changes to Board policy language.

D. Online Hybrid Courses - Background and Summary
Staff will present a report on courses that blend both traditional classroom instruction and online learning.

F. Design Update for the Performing Arts Center (PAC) Project at Palo Alto High School
The Board will discuss approving the design of the Performing Arts Center (PAC) at Palo Alto High School, which includes minor changes to the interior of the facility since it was last presented.

Staff will present an update on the recent work to refresh the District Strategic Plan.

G. Teaching Assignment for Departmentalized Subjects
